As my cousin put it last week, things have really been looking up for me since I met Thai. I've gotten into Duke, been able to take some awesome vacations, and the best yet...gotten engaged to the most wonderful person in whole wide world who also just recently bought us a house! I cannot WAIT to come home and move in. The whole idea of us having a house to ourselves is so exciting. Thai can't sleep thinking about the house and what he wants to do with it all the time. He's actually already went out and bought practically all the furniture for downstairs and the appliances. I can't wait to come home in April and see the progress. It was the one house we saw over Christmas break that I actually really liked...and came to find out that it's super close  to all sorts of conveniences: work is like 10 minutes away for Thai, nearby is In n Out, Tan Hoang Huong, Original Pancake House, 24 Hour Fitness (after I eat at all of the places I just mentioned), bolsa is not too far away...I'm just blown away about how lucky we are. Well...some is luck, but large part of it is hard work.
